COVID-19 has set upon us like an ancient plague. As you are reading this, the global economy’s tradeline is dipping with uncertainty. If this continues, it will cost the global economy $2.7 trillion. This has sent the entire world into a frenzy. Medical professionals and scientists are frantically looking for a cure as thousands of individuals are being infected worldwide, every day. But, that’s the kind of information we have all been reading over the past few weeks. While it is important to be attuned to this data, we also encourage you to exercise all the precautions that have been outlined by WHO.
Your safety is Caldera’s priority!
We would like to take a moment to reassure that despite the current global challenges, Caldera International has taken proactive actions to ensure that all services will continue at our usual high-standards with extra care and the well-being of our staff and customers being protected to the best of our abilities. Ensuring continuity of service and taking all safety measures
Our website is fully operational and our production and delivery secured. Furthermore, we have extensive contingency plans in place securing our supply chain and ongoing business.
We are following the advice of all governments and public health authorities, and proactively implementing a range of precautionary measures, from stringent sanitation and cleaning protocols to workplace distancing.
Protecting our employees
Regarding our employees and their families, in particular, we have restricted travel to and from work as necessary. We are operating and manufacturing Sports Wraps, Hot and Cold Therapy Wraps and Gel Packs at the same pace as usual, with all the precautions in this hard time, we believe it should have little impact on our ability to deliver. Throughout the extraordinary circumstances, we are keeping operations running, and you can contact us through regular channels and continue to support and rely on us to help you.
- We encourage flexible work arrangements, adapted to different roles
- We banned global business travel
- We postponed all non-business essential events and training
- We regularly update our employees via internet media, as well as via our local management teams.

● Wash your hands frequently
Wash your hands thoroughly after touching anything outside. Carry a hand sanitizer and use it frequently. Clean and disinfect surfaces and objects people frequently touch.
● Avoid touching your face
Do not touch your face with unclean hands as it is the easiest way to contract the virus.
● Maintain social distance
Avoid going to crowded places and maintain at least 6 feet (2 meters) distance from anyone. Avoid physical contact (i.e. handshaking, hugging), Consider if a face to face meeting can be replaced by a teleconference or online event.
● Practice respiratory hygiene
Cover your mouth with a bent elbow or tissue every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid close contact with people who are sick, sneezing or coughing. Stay at home when you are sick and as recommended by authorities.
The coming days and weeks will test all of us, we are sure. If we can be of any help, please do not hesitate to reach us.
Above all, stay safe and healthy.
